About
Roia is a Corporate, IP, and Business Litigation attorney with over 15 years’ experience, including large law firm and in-house experience.
On the transactions side, Roia provides legal advice and representation to emerging growth and established companies, on a wide range of legal matters, including drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and technology transfer agreements, corporate formation, structure and governance, corporate finance, stock and securities issuance, IP protection and licensing, trademark prosecution and defense, mergers & acquisitions, and ’33 and ’34 Act securities compliance matters.
On the litigation side, Roia represents clients in business-related disputes involving breach of contracts, intra-corporate disputes, real property, and government contracts (among others) in state courts, federal courts and administrative proceedings.
